Meda's story
Available for adoption!
Meda is a female Italian Greyhound/ Dachshund Mix born 6/20/2018. She is a small girl weighing approximately 8 pounds. Meda is a moderately energetic girl and is very much a puppy still. She loves to run and play with friends as well as her toys. She likes going for walks, car rides, and being social. Meda has been friendly towards her foster family, dogs, and cats. She is house trained (uses pads overnight/when no one is home), leash trained, and crate trained. She is learning every day and is a great student. She is an affectionate girl and enjoys snuggle time. Meda has had a rough start in life and has had a few seizures over a short period of time. She is currently tapering off of her medication and has not had any seizures since. This could very likely be a singular occurrence and has not stopped her one bit. She is a happy girl, full of life and looking for a family to call her own! The adoption fee for Meda is $300 and includes exam, spay, up to date vaccines, deworming, heart worm prevention, flea/tick prevention, and microchip.
Meda currently lives in a foster home in Rutherford County, NC. Pick up is always available. If desired, at an additional cost, transportation to more distant adopters may be arranged, from upstate South Carolina as far as New Hampshire and Vermont.
